Bare Cub Designs are created in the beautiful Australian bush about 100km north of Perth in West Australia. I also work full time and live with my wonderful husband Ray, and my "fur family", a rotti and cat. I drive about 3 hours to work every day and can't think of any better way to switch off than to be with Ray and sew my creations.

I have been creating bear since 2003 and move from miniatures to large mohair/alpaca and seem to have settled for now on the beautiful dense mink
- Recycled vintage of course. I love making the little faces with my snips of my scissors till the face is peering back at me...
I love working with tow colors as they seem more lifelike and 3 dimensional. I have my little cubs adopted all over the world and my collectors watch them come to life on my blog http://barecubcreations.blogspot.com/ my personal goal is to not get better than others, but to just get better than me! Each bear is improved upon time and time again and I seem to love each one more and more.
