建新國際股份有限公司

建新報關係於民國65年由陳銀海董事長設立，並於民國88年合併了報關、運輸、倉儲事業單位，成立「建新國際股份有限公司」。民國94年增設散雜貨裝卸承攬單位，使港口散雜貨流通垂直整合更連貫一體。民國94年於中部科學園區內設立中科國際物流股份有限公司，提供園區廠商精緻化物流服務，又於民國98年在台中港104號碼頭投資安順裝卸股份有限公司，興建全自動化卸煤儲運中心，使作業邁向機械化、環保化之目標，取代傳統抓斗裝卸作業。民國104年下旬更加入台中港區貨櫃場之營運，更於民國107年9月12日，成功在台灣資本市場初步公開發行上市，成為國內唯一實體物流的整合服務上市公司，致力提供客戶更全面更優質之一條龍服務。

40餘年來，電腦資訊作業徹底化落實，透過獨創之資訊平台建立，對內控管各項作業流程及文件、對外達到客戶端精準信息傳遞服務，達到管控流程及標準化作業之目標。

Chien Shing Harbour Service Co., Ltd
Chien Shing Customs Broker was established by Mr. Yin-Hai Chen in 1976. It expanded the scope of service including Transportation and Warehousing and was renamed as Chien Shing Harbour Service Co., Ltd in 1999. Furthermore, Ship Stevedoring Department was added in the service scope of company in 2005 to achieve coherent service development of vertical integration on harbor logistics. In 1994, one of its subsidiaries, Central Taiwan Sceince Park Logistics Co., Ltd, was established in the Central Science Park, which provides manufacturers with exquisite logistics services. In 2009, the other subsidiary, Ancora Harbor Service Co., Ltd, was established at Berth No. 104 in Taichung Port. It creates indoor storage and transportation center of Automatic Coal Ship Unloader to replace old-fashioned operation of loading and unloading with grabs. Not only did it make the work toward mechanization but also made the environment friendly. The company started to establish container terminal in Taichung port at the end of 2015 and in 2018, it has successfully passed Initial Public Offering in capital market in Taiwan. It now becomes the only one listed company that integrates logistics services and has been devoted to providing one-stop services with more comprehensive and better quality.

For more than 40 years, the computer information operation has been thoroughly implemented in the company.
