中聯資源股份有限公司（以下簡稱中聯資源）成立於1991年5月，為中鋼集團成員，主要生產基地位於高雄及台中，成立目的主要為拓展煉鐵製程所產出水淬高爐石的再利用市場，其後延伸業務至一貫作業煉鋼廠副產物氣冷高爐石及轉爐石等的推廣應用，中聯資源秉承「誠信、尊重、永續」之經營核心價值，追求成為「綠色產業的卓越企業」之願景。

中聯資源為目前國內規模最大的水淬高爐石粉專業產銷業者，搭配發展高爐水泥、地質處理劑等功能性產品，應用於港灣、海事、地下結構物、土木水利、道路橋樑、高樓建築及地質處理等工程，除能提升整體緻密性，並具抗硫酸鹽、抗鹼侵蝕作用及強化耐久性等功效。

中聯資源亦為目前國內規模最大的爐石骨材專業生產業者，將一貫作業煉鋼廠副產物製成混凝土粗細骨材，再依產品特性分別應用於工程，例如氣冷高爐石可作為一般預拌混凝土骨材等，轉爐石主要作為一般柏油道路的瀝青混凝土骨材及海事工程。

CHC Resources Corporation （hereinafter referred to as CHC）was established in May 1991, which is a member of China Steel Group with production plants located in Kaohsiung and Taichung. The initial purpose of the company is to develop the recycling market of granulated blast furnace slag（GBFS）produced by the ironmaking process, and extend the business to the application of by-products from the integrated steel plant, such as air-cooled blast furnace slag（BFS） and basic oxygen furnace slag（BOFS）. CHC takes "Integrity, Respect, and Sustainability" as the core values of operation to pursue the vision of becoming an "excellent enterprise in the green industry".

CHC is currently the largest professional manufacturer and seller of GBFS powder in Taiwan, with the development of specific functional products for harbor & maritime structures, underground structures, civil and water conservation construction, road and bridges building, skyscraper buildings and soil stabilization engineering, and so on., in addition to improving the density of concrete, and also the function of resisting sulfate, alkali corrosion and strengthening durability.

CHC is also the largest professional manufacturer of slag aggregates in Taiwan. The by-products from the integrated steel plant are made into concrete coarse and fine aggregates, and then applied to engineering project according to product characteristics, such as BFS can be used as general ready-mixed concrete aggregate, etc., and BOFS is mainly used as asphalt concrete aggregate of general asphalt road and maritime engineering project.
